Hello, my dears! (Ms. Doubtfire voice)

My name is Kirsten Rae. I’m a ’93 baby, married to a Connor McDavid doppelgänger, only mine is a basketball fanatic instead.

Together, we have three beautiful, strong-willed children. And I do mean strong-willed.

I love to laugh and make people feel at home.

My vibe? Your favourite grandma. Not easily phased, not trying to impress anyone. just happy to be here, enjoy the people around me and have a good time.

While my exterior is fairly unserious, internally I’m always tuned into the deeper things, the emotion, the meaning, the little moments most people might miss.

My faith is in God, and Him alone.

Cliff notes on how I got here: cue the screams and sirens of 2020.

In the middle of all the uncertainty, I felt a nudge from God to make a decision that ultimately cost me my job. We had just bought a house, I was the sole provider for our two children, and my husband was away at school.

So, you know, very casual. No pressure at all.

Spoiler alert: we made it.

That season strengthened my faith more than I could have known. God had us in the palm of His hand the entire time and provided for every need.

This business grew out of that season.

So yes, I take pretty pictures, laugh a lot and will probably have the biggest grin behind the lens, but underneath all of it is something much bigger than me.

Everything I have, everything I create, and everything this business becomes is for His glory.
